To ensure professionalism and competence, we provide training sessions to the staff. These sessions cover areas such as proper etiquette, product knowledge, engaging with attendees, effective communication, and any specialized skills required for the event.
We are versatile and we’re able to fulfill a range of roles during the event. This includes greeting attendees, demonstrating products, answering questions, distributing promotional materials, conducting interactive sessions, hosting presentations, and facilitating engaging activities.

How do I book staff with Shine?
Send us the city, the date, how many people you need and what they will be doing — through the form on this page or by email. You get a quote back within 24 hours, with the scope written down so there are no surprises on invoice day.
How do you select and vet staff?
We select on experience, language, reliability and fit with the brief. Staff are interviewed and referenced before they join our bench, and for brand-sensitive activations we send profiles for your approval before confirming the team.
How do you brief and train staff before an event?
Staff get the brief, the dress code and the talking points before the day — not at the door. Where you supply training material or a product walkthrough, we run it with the team ahead of time.
Can we set uniforms, dress code and talking points?
Yes. We can work with apparel you supply or help coordinate branded uniforms as part of the booking, and we brief the team on tone, key messages and what to do with questions they cannot answer.
What happens if a staffer does not show up?
It rarely reaches you. Every confirmed staffer runs on a countdown in our system, with check-ins at five days, three days, two days and one day out, then again two hours before call time — and we only stop once we know they are on their way. A missed check-in flags our desk immediately and we start placing a replacement while there is still time. On larger activations we also book backup staff who arrive with the team.
